Yoga for Body Movement Arts is Brazilian jiu-jitsu, martial arts and Parkour based. Find functional flexibility, balance, agility, joint stability, relaxation, mobility, and muscular control. Expand your natural movement potential by increasing the effective activation of your “core muscles,” allowing lubrication of the joints through movement, teaching your body to move with the appropriate tension/relaxation ratio. This workshop is designed to explore the body’s full range of motion while cultivating precision, alignment, balance, flexibility, grace power and strength. Fee is $35 per person.
