Three Things, produced by Jeff Shirley, presents 3 unique professionals discussing their first, favorite and future works, revealing a side not often seen by the public. Learn what inspires and drives some of your favorite area professionals at this live monthly speaker series.

Guests for the first episode of season 4 will include the new Mayor of Charleston, WV Amy Shuler Goodwin, the new WV Symphony Orchestra Conductor Larry Loh, and the new Artistic Director/ Curator of the Clay Center Jessica O’Hearn.

Jessica O’Hearn – Artistic Director/Curator –
Jessica is the Artistic Director and Curator of the Juliet Art Museum at the Clay Center. She has degrees from the Art Institute of Boston and the University of New Mexico. She also received her Master of Fine Arts Degree from the Massachusetts College of Art & Design

Lawrence Loh – WV Symphony Orchestra Conductor –
Lawrence was born in Southern California and raised in Carlisle, PA. He is the tenth Music Director of the WV Symphony Orchestra, having been awarded the position starting in 2017-18 season. He is also currently the Music Director of Symphoria in Syracuse, NY.

Amy Shuler Goodwin – Madam Mayor of Charleston, WV –
Born and raised in West Virginia, Mayor Goodwin graduated from WVU. She served as Deputy Secretary of Commerce and Commissioner of Tourism for West Virginia before being sworn in as Charleston, West Virginia’s first female Mayor earlier this year.
