Learn about the history of the Irish drum and how it is used to accompany Irish music. You will learn some simple beats to accompany jigs and reels from Gene Thorn who regularly teaches a bodhran class at both The Worley Gardner Winter Festival in Morgantown and the Pattyfest Festival in Fairmont.
