Celebrating its 15th year, Downtown Charleston ArtWalk is a free self-guided walking tour of Charleston’s shops, galleries and businesses featuring regional art and performances. Attendees can stroll along at their own pace, dip in and out of stores and stop off along the way for a bite to eat at a downtown restaurant. This well-loved family-friendly event takes place from 5 to 8 p.m. and attracts art aficionados as well as folks who just want to get out and try something new.

Stroll the beautiful streets of downtown Charleston and visit the unique businesses that feature area artists showcasing their diverse talents. Be entertained by street performers as you move through the venues including Art Emporium, Black Sheep Burrito & Brews, Boutique by B.Belle Events, Capitol Conference Center, Chet Lowther Studio, Deacon & Deacon Insurance, Delfine’s Jewelry, Dressmaker’s Closet, Genesis Café, Gallery 11, Gilded Age Tattoo Studio, House of Luxe, Independent Order of Odd Fellows, Ivor’s Trunk, The Purple Moon, Rigg’s Corporation, Rock City Cake Company, Romano & Associates, Stray Dog Antiques, Swiftwater General Store, Taylor Books, The Art Store, The Charleston Ballet, The Clay Center, Tony the Tailor, Top’s Off Barber Shop, Uncork & Create, Viking Contracting, and Virginia Lee.
