Back by popular demand! Aaron Hay (Dizzy Doc) will construct a massive, unique and delicate balloon sculpture. This year’s extreme balloon exhibit will wow with an interactive display, allowing viewers to get up close and personal! These magnificent sculptures have delighted FestivALL attendees for several years. Enjoy visits both during construction and following completion of this creative, impressive, crazy and just plain fun air-filled sculpture!
