Celtic Calling opens with 2 hours of music and dance, to brighten a lunchtime. Mark Burdette from the Kanawha Valley Pipes and Drums, Savanna Brown, a young Scottish Dancer who studies with the WV Highlander’s Dance Studio in Elkins, and Wild Ones, who mix, Irish/Scottish traditional music and song will entertain. Mayor Amy Goodwin will officially open the Festival at Noon.
