Ideal for corporate, sales, government and association meetings, the Wingate Inn features two meeting rooms. The Boardroom is designed to hold up to 20 people with a large table and plush desk chairs. The Large Meeting Room is designed to hold up to 40 people and offers a variety of flexible set-up arrangements. To make conducting business as convenient and efficient as possible, the rooms are equipped with high-speed internet, speaker phones, flipcharts, a dry-erase board and screen. A podium is available and a small kitchenette area is also present in the Meeting Room.
For larger meetings and functions, the Wingate Inn Charleston will coordinate with our sister property, the Ramada Plaza Hotel, located adjacent to the hotel. The Wingate can provide accommodations for your function while utilizing meeting and catering services located at the adjacent property, which has 10,000 square feet of meeting space.
