Group Rates and Guarantees
Sales and Catering Guest rooms are available at a discounted rate for groups. Blocks will remain open up to one month before your guests' arrival and the group rate can be guaranteed up to this date. Please contact the Sales Department if you would like to set up a group block.
When first arranging your function we need an approximate number of guests. The final guarantee is due 72 hours, 3 days, prior to the event, with Tuesday and Wednesday guarantees due on Friday. We prepare 5% over the guarantee. Your bill be based on the guaranteed number of attendees, plus any additional charges. If no guarantee is received by this office, we will assume the guarantee to be your expected count. The final menu is due at least one month in advance of the event.
Catering
All food items must be supplied and prepared by the Hotel. One selection is required for your entire group. Our menus offer an outstanding variety of fine foods. We will be happy to customize a menu for your special needs. As a licensee, the Hotel is responsible for the sale and service of alcoholic beverages in accordance with state and local liquor laws. Therefore, all liquor, beer, and wine must be supplied by the hotel. Menu prices* are per person and do not reflect the 20% service charge or 6% sales tax.
Banquet and Meeting Rooms
As other groups may be utilizing the same room before or after your function, please adhere to the times agreed upon. Should your time schedule change, please contact the Sales Office and every effort will be made to accommodate you. Room rental charges apply to all meeting rooms. Function rooms are assigned by the number of people anticipated. If attendance drops or increases, we reserve the right to change groups to rooms suitable for their attendance.
The Hotel will not permit affixing of anything to the walls, floors, or ceilings of rooms with nails, staples, tape, or any other substances unless approval is given. Any damages will be the responsibility of the meeting planner.
Billing
Accounts qualifying for direct billing must be paid within 30 days. All other accounts must be paid upon departure. A deposit or credit card is required on all functions when the signed contract is returned to the Sales Office. Deposit will be nonrefundable sixty days prior to the function. A cancellation fee will be assessed on all functions cancelled less than 45 days prior to the date of the function. All prices are subject to a 20% service charge and 6% sales tax. Prices are guaranteed for 90 days.
