Main Branch
The Kanawha County Public Library is the largest public library system in West Virginia. They have nearly 100,000 card holders, and while the vast majority of our library system patrons are from Kanawha and Putnam Counties, residents from all 55 West Virginia counties are represented in the cardholder database.

FestivALL
During FestivALL, Capitol Street in front of the Main Branch Library becomes a great place for Parents and children, with numerous activities to enjoy. Arts & Crafts, plays, street performers, face painting and much more all take place outside the front door of the Library.
